Your data is processed strictly in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising.
Encryption & Storage
Content is stored securely using advanced encryption. Older or inactive materials may be migrated to secure archival storage systems for long-term preservation.
Data Retention
User content is retained while accounts remain active, for operational continuity, for scheduled future delivery, and to comply with legal obligations.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to verification procedures, safeguarding reviews, and legal retention obligations.
Delivery Verification
Data is retained post-delivery only as long as necessary to confirm successful receipt by your designated recipients, after which it is securely purged.
Executor Access
Legacy Guardians and executors do not automatically receive access to your private content unless explicitly authorised by you during setup.
